Through the use of specialist software we can offer clients the expertise in achieving and preferably going beyond compliance with Technical Booklets Part F1 and F2 of the Northern Ireland Building Regulations. Our Registered Low Carbon Energy Assessors (LCEA) are qualified and accredited to provide the services relating to Part F1 & F2 Building Regulations for Northern Ireland in terms of undertaking SAP calculations for domestic applications and for the non-domestic SBEM calculations, producing the compliance documentation for submission to Building Control departments.

The software used to carry out the SBEM calculations also allows us to analyse ideas and alternative scenarios to deliver optimum results.
