What is BREEAM?

BREEAM is a scheme that aims to quantify and reduce the environmental burdens of building by rewarding those designs that take positive steps to minimise their environmental impacts.

Our BREEAM Assessors are fully qualified to advise in every aspect of sustainable buildings and to ensure that Excellent or Very Good BREEAM ratings can be achieved. We are able to carry out pre-assessments, formal assessments and advise you on designing to achieve the optimum BREEAM rating.

Our Sustainability Department also plays a vital role in enabling clients to procure buildings that are environmentally responsible and we are able to evaluate the sustainability of the design choices using the BREEAM system.
