This project involves the fit-out of the redeveloped Athlumney House, a protected structure, to house de-centralised offices for Department of Justice, housing the Garda Civilian HR Directorate, The Probation Service and the Coroners Service. The fit-out, of around €3m had to be completed in three months and included custom-designed furniture and reception desk and different types of office accommodation to suit the three seperate services.

Officially opened by the Minister for Justice in october 2008.
