ISD were commissioned to provide the building services design for a new 20000ft2 private owned health centre, clinic, pharmacy and dental surgery as a direct replacement of the existing Clinic.

 During the design process ISD proposed and demonstrated the advantages of installing a Ground Source Heat Pump and Bore Hole system to provide heating throughout the entire development, this enthusiasm was welcomed by the Practice owners and thus led to the first commercial GSHP installation in Northern Ireland.

This Project was successfully completed in 2006 and continues to save the Practice money from soaring energy fuel costs.
