This £12 million development for BV Situated in the Cathedral Quarter was seen as a catalyst for the area.

The city life ethos behind this scheme was about bringing activity back to the area in association with the overall master plan for Cathedral Quarter with a mix of social living, Retail and office development.

The retail now also contains a visitors attraction War Memorial Museum, Restaurant and  BIH Housing Association allocated the 33 social general needs apartments.
