This scheme was awarded to ISD Ltd by the Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractor on this occasion. Early partnerships were set prior to the Contracts being awarded and this enabled us to give valued assistance and advise to Contractor for the overall tender bid.

Once the Contract was won, we prepared a full and detailed design, meeting the design intent and also maintaining a level of profit for the services.

The initial tender offer was for one building only, however with the targets, quality and budgets all being met by the entire team this lead to the negotiation of 2No. additional office blocks on the same IDA site.
