A new 8 Bedroom 2 storey Stately residence c/w basement wine cellar completed in December 2009. ISD were selected as part of a specialist Design & Build team based on our expert knowledge and attention to detail for this type of Project.

Some of the technologies used in the build include ground source heat pumps (GSHP) using bore hole technology, heat recovery systems, wind turbine, intelligent lighting control with mood settings features and a high definition TV distribution system and fibre backbone infrastructure. The scheme also comprised the construction of a new estate “shoot house” which was completed in October 2008.
