The scheme comprises of a Training and Sports facility at Jordanstown
to operate around a central indoor Sports Hall 60m x 40m for Football,
Hockey, GAA and Training. The scheme also comprises outdoor facilities,
indoor changing/showers, physio treatment and training rooms, indoor track
and sport science and has an overall budget of £ 8.6million.
Integrated Services Design have carried out numerous design commissions for the University of Ulster since our appointment onto their framework document. Including the above project the overall value of these projects exceeds £ 15,000,000.00.
The SINI project will see the University of Ulster develop a High Performance Facility at the Jordanstown campus. The facility will include: Rubber crumbed indoor artificial surface, Indoor and outdoor athletics sprint facility, Indoor throw and jumps area, Strength Training facility, Sports Science provision, Changing facilities, Recovery suite, SINI offices.
